Member News: Acquisitions at ROSS Controls, Kraft Fluid Systems

Ross Controls logoROSS Controls announced its acquisition of the Industrial Division of Automatic Valve earlier this month. ROSS Controls, an ISO-certified manufacturer established in 1921 and headquartered in Troy, Michigan, designs and manufactures pneumatic valves, control systems, fluid power safety solutions, and poppet valve technology. Automatic Valve is also ISO certified and was started in 1945. Its facility in Novi, Michigan manufactures pneumatic industrial valves for various applications in industrial automation, automotive, and process control. The acquisition will enable ROSS to expand more into the process, power generation, and mobile transportation industries.

Kraft Fluid Systems logoKraft Fluid Systems Inc. recently acquired Cedarburg, Wisconsin-based Dynacom Inc., expanding the company’s reach in the Midwest and increasing the sales and service territory it 12 states. Kraft Fluid Systems specializes in mobile hydraulics, while Dynacom is a hydraulic sales and service company that focuses on final drives and custom gearing. Moving forward, Kraft Fluid Systems plans to have a dedicated sales office and staff for Wisconsin mobile machinery OEM companies, many of which had worked with Dynacom.
