Member News: Charter Dura-Bar Acquires Lokey Metals

Dura-Bar logoCharter Dura-Bar, an iron bar maker in Woodstock, Illinois, recently announced its acquisition of Fort Worth, Texas-based Lokey Metals. The move will help strengthen company reach into the oil and gas as well as hydraulics and pneumatics industries. The iron distribution business of Lokey Metals will become a branch of Dura-Bar Metal Services. The Lokey Metals brand name will continue to be used, and the Forth Worth facility will continues operations.
