Member News: Leadership Changes at Certified Power, Donaldson

Certified Power Inc. recently announced new roles for two members of its existing senior management. Tim Beres, who was Chief Operating Officer, has been promoted to President and CEO, a position in which he will become responsible for corporate strategy and business operations. Scott Rosenzweig, who was President, is now Chief Sales Officer. He will be responsible for strategic revenue growth.

Donaldson logoDonaldson Company Inc. recently announced changes to its Board of Directors leadership. The changes will be effective with the company’s annual shareholder meeting in November and are as follows:

  • Tod Carpenter, the company’s President and CEO, will become Chairman of the Board of Directors.
  • Willard Oberton, the current director, will become lead independent director.
  • Jeffrey Noddle, the current non-executive chairman, will not stand for reelection. His role will be replaced by Carpenter’s new role as Chairman.

Carpenter came to Donaldson in 1996 and was first appointed to the Board in 2014. He became company President and CEO in April 2015. Oberton joined Donaldson’s Board in July 2006, and Noddle first joined the Board in 2000.
